Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H510, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length, blister pack
GRAPHITE 56H510 screwdriver bit, 1/4" drive and 25 mm working length, is a compact impact-rated SL5.5 bit designed for high-torque fastening tasks. Manufactured from S2 steel with an integrated torsion zone, this bit is intended for use with manual screwdrivers, bit holders and impact drivers where short precision bits are required. The working tip is machined for accurate seating and reduced cam-out, and the blister pack contains a single lightweight 8 g accessory for easy storage and transport.
The S2 steel construction delivers increased flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard carbon steel bits. An engineered torsion zone dissipates peak torque by rotating slightly under stress, reducing the risk of breakage and extending service life. The precisely formed SL5.5 tip ensures a secure fit with fastener heads, improving torque transfer and reducing slippage. The 1/4" drive format makes the bit compatible with common bit holders and quick-change chucks.
Select the 1/4" drive bit holder or quick-change chuck on your screwdriver or impact driver and insert the GRAPHITE 56H510 bit until it locks in place. Position the slotted tip in the screw head, apply steady axial pressure and operate the driver at a controlled speed, using short bursts when working with an impact driver to allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks. For manual use, ensure the bit tip sits squarely in the slot to minimise wear and cam-out.
Use this SL5.5 impact bit for applications that require short, robust bits and high torque resistance. Avoid using the bit on fasteners with damaged heads or on oversized slots to prevent premature wear. Inspect the tip regularly and replace the bit if significant rounding or deformation is visible.
