Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H511, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length, blister pack
GRAPHITE 56H511 screwdriver bit is a heavy-duty SL6.5 slotted bit with a 1/4" drive and a total length of 25 mm supplied in a blister pack. Made of S2 steel and weighing approximately 8 g, this short bit is designed for use with compatible screwdrivers, bit holders and impact drivers where a compact, durable slotted tip is required. The working tip is precision-formed to ensure accurate seating in fastener heads while the torsion zone reduces stress transmission under high torque, improving resistance to breakage and extending service life.
The S2 steel construction provides increased toughness and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. The built-in torsion zone absorbs peak torque and reduces the risk of tip fracture during heavy fastening tasks. A precision-ground working tip ensures reliable fit and reduces cam-out, while the short 25 mm length is convenient for tight spaces and close-up assembly work. Supplied in a blister pack, the bit is protected for retail display and easy storage.
Fit the 1/4" drive end of the GRAPHITE 56H511 bit into the chuck, magnetic bit holder or socket of a compatible manual screwdriver, cordless screwdriver or impact driver. Select the appropriate torque setting on the driver if available, and position the slotted tip in the screw head ensuring correct alignment before applying force. For repetitive or high-torque fastening, allow the torsion zone to absorb torque spikes to reduce stress on the tip. After use, store the bit in its blister pack or a dedicated bit organizer to protect the working tip.
Use the GRAPHITE 56H511 SL6.5 bit with compatible fasteners and avoid excessive side load during operation. For high-torque industrial applications consider longer or larger-diameter impact-rated bits; for precision work use a controlled-torque driver. Inspect the tip regularly for wear and replace when rounding or damage is visible to maintain secure fastening and prevent fastener damage.
