Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H512 — Torx Plus TX15, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H512 is a 25 mm Torx Plus TX15 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive shank, designed for use with compatible bit holders, electric screwdrivers and hand drivers. Manufactured from S2 steel and supplied in blister packaging, this bit is intended for assembly, repair and maintenance tasks where a precise fit to Torx Plus fasteners is required. The working tip is shaped to provide a secure mating with fastener heads and the overall weight is approximately 8 g.
The bit is made of high-quality S2 steel that offers increased flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage. A built-in torsion zone reduces the direct transmission of peak torque, lowering the risk of breakage under heavy loads and extending service life. The Torx Plus TX15 tip guarantees accurate engagement with compatible fasteners to minimize cam-out and wear.
Insert the 1/4" drive shank of the bit into a compatible bit holder, quick-change chuck or screwdriver. Ensure the bit is fully seated and locked before applying torque. Engage the Torx Plus TX15 tip into the matching fastener head, maintaining axial pressure to keep the bit centered. For best results, apply steady torque and avoid lateral forces that could increase wear. When using impact drivers, allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks to reduce stress on the tip.
Use appropriate protective equipment and select a driver or impact tool suited to the required torque. Replace the bit when the contact surfaces show signs of rounding or wear to maintain proper engagement with fasteners. Store in original blister or a bit holder to protect the tip and prolong service life.
