Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H513 — Torx Plus TX20, 1/4" drive, 25 mm
GRAPHITE 56H513 is a Torx Plus screwdriver bit with TX20 tip, 1/4" hex drive and 25 mm length. Intended for use with bit holders, cordless screwdrivers and impact drivers, this bit is supplied in a blister pack and weighs approximately 8 g. Constructed from S2 steel, the bit includes a torsion zone that reduces stress transmission under high torque and improves resistance to breakage while maintaining a precise working tip for reliable fit in Torx Plus fasteners.
The S2 steel construction provides increased toughness and resistance to mechanical damage while the torsion zone absorbs peak torque to reduce risk of breakage. The 1/4" hex drive ensures compatibility with standard bit holders and power driver chucks. Its 25 mm overall length makes the bit convenient for both confined spaces and general workshop use, and the accurately machined TX20 tip guarantees consistent engagement with Torx Plus fasteners.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, chuck or driver. Align the Torx Plus TX20 tip with the fastener recess and apply steady axial pressure while turning the driver at an appropriate speed. For impact applications, ensure the driver is set for impact mode and allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks. Inspect the bit tip for wear before use and replace if the engagement becomes loose or rounded.
Use the bit within recommended torque limits for the fastener size and application. Avoid side loading and excessive bending forces. Store in dry conditions to prevent corrosion and keep the blister packaging for organized transport and storage.
