Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H515, 1/4" drive, Torx Plus TX27, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H515 screwdriver bit features a 1/4" drive and a Torx Plus TX27 tip with a total length of 25 mm. Manufactured from S2 steel, this hardened bit is designed for demanding fastening tasks with manual screwdrivers, bit holders and impact or power drivers. The bit weighs approximately 8 g and is supplied in a blister pack. A built-in torsion zone reduces the transmission of peak forces under high torque, improving resistance to breakage and extending service life while the precisely formed Torx Plus working tip ensures accurate engagement with compatible fasteners.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage compared with common bit materials. The torsion zone is engineered to deform under extreme load, absorbing sudden torque spikes and thereby reducing the likelihood of tip failure. The Torx Plus TX27 geometry gives a secure fit in matching fasteners for efficient torque transfer and reduced cam-out. Compact 25 mm length makes the bit suitable for work in confined spaces and the hardened finish improves wear resistance for prolonged use.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the GRAPHITE 56H515 bit into a compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver or power/impact driver. Engage the Torx Plus TX27 tip with the matching fastener head, ensuring full seating before applying torque. When using power or impact drivers, start at lower speed or torque settings to verify alignment and then increase as required. After use, store the bit in its blister pack or a dedicated bit holder to protect the tip from damage and contamination.
For tasks involving high torque or frequent fastening cycles, use the bit with drivers that support adjustable torque or impact settings. Avoid excessive side loads that can accelerate wear. Replace the bit if the working tip shows signs of rounding or deformation to maintain proper fit and prevent damage to fasteners.
