Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H516, Torx Plus TX30, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H516 screwdriver bit is a Torx Plus TX30 bit with a 1/4" drive and a total length of 25 mm. Made from S2 tool steel with a dedicated torsion zone, this impact-capable bit is intended for use with hand drivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4" hex bits. The precisely formed Torx Plus tip ensures accurate engagement with compatible fasteners and helps reduce cam-out during assembly, repair and maintenance tasks. The bit is supplied in a blister pack and weighs approximately 10 g.
The S2 steel construction provides increased resistance to mechanical damage and improved flexibility compared with standard bit materials. The built-in torsion zone absorbs peak torque and reduces stress on the working tip, lowering the risk of breakage and extending service life. The Torx Plus TX30 geometry delivers a secure fit to fasteners for steadier torque transfer and reduced slippage. Compatibility with 1/4" drive systems makes the bit suitable for a wide range of hand and impact drivers.
Insert the 1/4" drive end of the bit into a compatible bit holder, screwdriver or impact driver and ensure it is secured. Position the Torx Plus TX30 tip fully into the corresponding fastener recess before applying torque. For impact drivers, use appropriate speed and torque settings for the material and fastener size to avoid overdriving. After use, inspect the working tip for wear or rounding and replace the bit if the fit to fasteners becomes loose.
Use the bit with tools designed to accept 1/4" hex bits and select torque settings appropriate to the workpiece. Store the bit dry and inspect regularly; replace when the tip shows signs of deformation to maintain fastening accuracy and to protect fasteners and tools.
