Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H521 — Pozidriv PZ1, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H521 — Pozidriv PZ1, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H521 screwdriver bit — Pozidriv PZ1 with a 1/4" hex drive and 50 mm total length. This heavy-duty bit is made from S2 steel and includes a torsion zone that reduces torque shock transmitted to the bit body. The precisely machined Pozidriv tip ensures accurate engagement with Pozidriv screws used in woodworking, cabinet assembly and light construction tasks. The compact 50 mm length allows work in confined spaces while the blister packaging provides convenient storage and product visibility. Weight approx. 18 g.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. A built-in torsion zone absorbs peak torque during impact driving, reducing the risk of breakage and extending service life. The accurately formed Pozidriv tip guarantees secure fit and reduced cam-out, while the 1/4" hex drive is compatible with standard screwdriver chucks, bit holders and impact drivers. The short 50 mm profile improves access in tight or recessed screw locations.
Select the GRAPHITE 56H521 PZ1 bit and insert its 1/4" hex shank into a compatible screwdriver chuck, bit holder or impact driver. Place the Pozidriv tip into the screw head, ensure correct alignment to avoid cam-out, and apply steady pressure while driving. For impact driving, allow the tool’s mechanism to engage; the torsion zone will absorb torque peaks. After use, store the bit in its blister or in a designated bit holder to protect the tip and maintain fit accuracy.
Use the bit within the intended torque range of your driver and choose hand operation or impact driving according to the screw size and material. Regularly inspect the tip for wear and replace when rounding or damage is visible to maintain secure engagement and prevent screw head damage.
