Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H522 — Pozidriv PZ2, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H522 is a Pozidriv PZ2 screwdriver bit designed for use with 1/4" drive holders. The bit has a 50 mm overall length and a compact profile that makes it suitable for general fastening tasks in furniture assembly, construction and maintenance. Supplied in a blister pack, the bit weighs approximately 18 g and is intended for use with manual screwdrivers, power drivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4" bits.
The bit is manufactured from S2 steel, providing increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. A dedicated torsion zone reduces transmitted torque peaks by rotating slightly under load, which lowers the risk of breakage and extends service life. The precisely machined Pozidriv PZ2 working tip ensures accurate engagement with Pozidriv screw heads, minimising cam-out and improving overall fastening efficiency.
Insert the 1/4" shank of the bit into the chuck or bit holder of a compatible screwdriver or impact driver until it locks securely. Place the Pozidriv PZ2 tip into the screw head, apply steady axial pressure and operate the tool at a controlled speed to avoid slippage. For high-torque applications use an impact driver and allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks; for delicate materials reduce speed and torque to prevent overtightening.
Inspect the bit for wear or damage before use. Replace the bit if the tip shows rounding or deformation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and select drive speed and torque settings according to the material and screw size to maximise safety and bit life.
