Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H524, Torx Plus TX15, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H524 is a Torx Plus TX15 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive and a total length of 50 mm. Manufactured from high-quality S2 steel, this impact-capable bit is intended for use with bit holders, cordless and corded drivers, and impact drivers. The Torx Plus profile and precisely machined working tip provide improved contact with fasteners and reduce cam-out, while the torsion zone is engineered to absorb peak torque and reduce stress on the bit during heavy-duty fastening operations. Supplied in blister packaging; each bit weighs approximately 16 g.
The S2 steel construction delivers increased resistance to mechanical damage and enhanced flexibility compared with standard tool steels. The integrated torsion zone dissipates sudden torque spikes, decreasing the likelihood of breakage and prolonging service life. The Torx Plus geometry ensures a secure fit in fasteners, improving torque transfer and reducing wear on both the bit and screw head. Compatibility with 1/4" drive holders and various drivers makes the bit versatile for assembly, maintenance and repair tasks.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the GRAPHITE TX15 bit into a compatible bit holder or driver chuck until it seats securely. Select appropriate driver settings for the fastener and material before starting. For impact driver use, ensure the bit is fully seated in the holder and apply steady pressure while driving. After use, inspect the tip for wear or rounding and replace the bit if the fit with fasteners is compromised.
For best results use the bit with drivers and holders rated for 1/4" hex bits and with torque settings appropriate to the fastener and workpiece material. Avoid side loading and excessive bending forces. Store bits in a dry place to prevent corrosion and keep blister packaging for identification and safe storage.
