Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H525 — Torx Plus TX20, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H525 is a single Torx Plus screwdriver bit with a TX20 profile, 1/4" drive and 50 mm overall length. Made of S2 tool steel, this impact-rated bit is intended for use with hand screwdrivers, electric drivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4" bits. The working tip is machined to ensure precise engagement with Torx Plus fasteners, while a built-in torsion zone helps absorb peak torque and reduce stress on the bit during heavy-duty fastening tasks.
The bit is manufactured from high-quality S2 steel for improved toughness and wear resistance. A dedicated torsion zone reduces the transmission of shock torques, lowering the risk of breakage and extending service life under repeated high-torque applications. The accurately machined Torx Plus TX20 tip provides secure fitment with fasteners, minimising cam-out and improving torque transfer. Its 50 mm length gives a practical reach for assembly and maintenance operations while retaining compatibility with standard 1/4" chucks and bit holders.
Select a compatible 1/4" bit holder or driver chuck and insert the GRAPHITE TX20 bit until it seats securely. Ensure the bit and fastener are clean and free of debris, then engage the Torx Plus tip with the matching fastener head. For manual use, apply steady axial pressure while turning to avoid slippage. For power or impact drivers, set the appropriate torque and use short bursts to control fastening. Regularly inspect the tip for wear and replace the bit if the profile becomes rounded or damaged.
Use the bit with drivers and impact tools rated for the intended torque. Store in the original blister or a bit holder to protect the tip. Avoid using a damaged or excessively worn bit to prevent fastener damage and reduce the risk of breakage under high torque.
