Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H526 — Torx Plus TX25, 1/4" drive, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H526 screwdriver bit is a Torx Plus TX25 tip with a 1/4" drive and a total length of 50 mm. Intended for use with 1/4" bit holders, impact drivers and power screwdrivers, this bit is supplied in blister packaging and weighs approximately 18 g. The bit is designed for repair, assembly and maintenance tasks where Torx Plus fasteners are used.
The bit is made of S2 steel, providing increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. A built-in torsion zone reduces the direct transmission of peak torque during heavy-duty use, which decreases the risk of breakage and extends service life. The Torx Plus TX25 working tip ensures precise seating in compatible fasteners, improving torque transfer and reducing cam-out during driving.
Insert the 1/4" drive end of the GRAPHITE TX25 bit into a compatible bit holder, impact driver or power screwdriver. Ensure the bit is securely seated before applying torque. Align the Torx Plus TX25 tip with the fastener head and apply steady pressure while operating the driver. Use lower speeds and moderate force when initially engaging fasteners to ensure correct seating, then increase torque as needed for tightening. For removal, apply steady reverse torque while keeping the bit aligned with the screw head.
Use the bit with tools and fasteners intended for impact-rated S2 steel bits. Avoid side loading and excessive bending forces; replace the bit if the tip shows visible wear or deformation. For maximum service life, use the torsion zone capability during high-torque applications and store the bit in dry conditions.
