Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H528 — 1/4" drive, Torx Plus TX30, 50 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H528 is a 1/4" drive Torx Plus TX30 screwdriver bit with a total length of 50 mm, designed for use with 1/4" chucks and bit holders in manual and powered screwdrivers, as well as impact drivers. Made of S2 steel and supplied in a blister pack, this bit is intended for applications that require secure Torx Plus engagement and reliable transfer of torque.
The bit is manufactured from high-quality S2 steel, offering increased flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. A built-in torsion zone absorbs peak loads by rotating slightly under high torque, which reduces stress on the bit body and lowers the risk of breakage. The precisely machined Torx Plus working tip ensures a secure fit with TX30 fasteners, reducing cam-out and wear during repetitive fastening. The 50 mm length provides good access in confined spaces while maintaining stability during use.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the GRAPHITE TX30 bit into the chuck or bit holder of a compatible screwdriver, impact driver or bit adapter. Ensure the tip is fully seated in the TX30 fastener and apply steady axial pressure while driving. When using impact drivers or high-torque tools, allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks by using short bursts or controlled trigger application. After use, withdraw the bit from the holder and store it in its blister or a bit organizer to protect the tip.
For optimal service life, avoid excessive lateral loads and use the bit primarily for its intended Torx Plus TX30 fasteners. Inspect the tip for wear before use and replace the bit if the profile is rounded or damaged. Use with appropriate torque settings and protective equipment when working with powered tools.
