Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H530, 1/4" drive, Phillips PH1, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H530 screwdriver bit, 1/4" drive with a Phillips PH1 tip and 25 mm overall length, is a compact impact-capable bit designed for use with standard 1/4" bit holders, cordless drivers and impact drivers. Manufactured from S2 steel with a dedicated torsion zone and a precision-machined PH1 tip, this bit is intended for fastening tasks in furniture assembly, electronics work and general maintenance where higher torque resistance and accurate engagement are required.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, while the integrated torsion zone reduces peak stress transmission under high torque, lowering the risk of breakage and extending service life. The precision-machined Phillips PH1 tip ensures secure screw engagement and reduces cam‑out. A compact 25 mm length is suited to confined spaces, and the bit is supplied in a convenient plastic box for safe storage and transport.
Insert the 1/4" drive end of the GRAPHITE PH1 bit into a compatible bit holder or directly into the chuck of a cordless or electric driver. Select appropriate torque and speed settings for the screw and material you are working with. Engage the Phillips PH1 tip squarely into the screw head to minimize cam‑out. For high-torque fastening, allow the torsion zone to absorb peaks by applying steady pressure and controlled speed rather than sudden impacts.
Use the bit with drivers rated for impact use when working with high-torque fastenings. Inspect the tip periodically for wear and replace when rounding occurs. Store the bit in the provided plastic box to protect the tip and avoid corrosion.
