Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H532, Phillips PH3, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H532 screwdriver bit is a Phillips PH3 tip with a 1/4" hex drive and 25 mm working length. Designed for driving PH3 fasteners in wood, metal and construction applications, this 25 mm bit is compatible with standard 1/4" bit holders, hand drivers and power screwdrivers. Constructed from S2 steel with a torsion zone and a precision-formed PH3 tip, the bit is intended for heavier work with high torque and impact drivers while remaining suitable for general assembly, maintenance and repair tasks.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with ordinary carbon steels. An integrated torsion zone reduces the transmission of peak forces under high torque, lowering the risk of tip breakage and extending service life. The precision-machined PH3 tip ensures a secure fit in cross-head fasteners to reduce cam-out and wear. The 1/4" hex shank offers broad compatibility with common bit holders and impact drivers, and convenient plastic packaging allows organised storage and transport.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, hand driver or impact/power screwdriver. Engage the PH3 tip with the screw head and apply steady pressure while driving to maintain correct engagement and reduce cam-out. For impact driver use, allow the tool to deliver intermittent torque rather than continuous high-speed rotation to take advantage of the torsion zone's protective action. After use, store the bit in its plastic box to protect the working tip and keep it organised.
Use the bit with appropriately sized PH3 fasteners and apply the correct torque setting on power tools. Avoid excessive side load or levering that may deform the tip. Replace the bit if the tip shows excessive wear or rounding to preserve screw heads and maintain efficient operation.
