Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H533, Pozidriv PZ1, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H533 is a Pozidriv PZ1 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" hex drive and a 25 mm working length. Manufactured from S2 tool steel, this bit is intended for use with standard bit holders, hand screwdrivers and impact drivers. The compact 25 mm length and precise Pozidriv tip provide accurate engagement with Pozidriv fasteners in assembly, maintenance and repair tasks, while the included plastic case keeps bits organized and protected.
The bit is produced from high-quality S2 steel with a dedicated torsion zone that absorbs peak torque, reducing transmitted stress and improving resistance to breakage. The impact-grade construction allows use with higher torque and impact drivers. The machined tip ensures a tight fit with Pozidriv fasteners, reducing cam-out and wear. Compact dimensions make the bit suitable for work in confined spaces, and the lightweight storage case provides convenient transport and storage.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver handle or impact driver. Position the PZ1 tip into the Pozidriv screw recess and apply steady axial pressure while driving. For impact drivers, allow the tool to engage and let the torsion zone absorb torque peaks. After use, store the bit in the supplied plastic box to protect the tip and maintain organization.
Use the GRAPHITE 56H533 bit with properly sized Pozidriv screws to minimize cam-out and tip wear. When working at high torque or with impact drivers, ensure the bit is fully seated in the fastener and in the holder. Inspect the tip for wear before critical tasks and replace if the profile becomes rounded to avoid damage to fasteners.
