Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H535, Pozidriv PZ3, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H535 screwdriver bit is a Pozidriv PZ3 tip with a 1/4" drive and a 25 mm working length. Manufactured from S2 steel, this short PZ3 bit is built for higher torque applications and confined-space fastening where a compact, durable tip is needed. The bit includes a torsion zone that deforms slightly under load to reduce stress transmission and increase resistance to breakage. The precisely machined Pozidriv tip ensures stable engagement with Pozidriv screw heads and consistent torque transfer during repeated use.
The S2 steel construction provides improved toughness and resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. The integrated torsion zone reduces peak stresses during impact or high-torque driving, extending service life and reducing the risk of tip fracture. The 1/4" drive interface fits standard bit holders and impact drivers, while the 25 mm overall length allows access in tight spaces and on compact assemblies. The bit's machining delivers accurate tip geometry for secure fit and reduced wobble.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the GRAPHITE PZ3 bit into a compatible bit holder or directly into the chuck of a screwdriver or impact driver. Select appropriate torque and speed settings for the material and screw size; start at low speed to seat the tip in the screw head, then increase speed as needed. Ensure the bit is fully seated in the screw recess to prevent cam-out. For impact use, allow the tool’s impulse action to work with the bit’s torsion zone to absorb peak loads.
Inspect the tip periodically for wear or rounding and replace the bit when the tip geometry degrades. Use the bit within the rated capacity of your driver and choose correct torque settings to maximize service life. Store bits in the supplied plastic box or a dedicated holder to protect the tip and prevent loss.
