Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H570 — PZ1 Pozidriv, 1/4" drive, 150 mm length
Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H570 — PZ1 Pozidriv, 1/4" drive, 150 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H570 — PZ1 Pozidriv screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive and 150 mm length is designed for fastening and removing Pozidriv screws in assembly, repair and maintenance tasks. Manufactured from S2 alloy steel, this 6.35 mm shank bit provides extended reach for work in recessed or hard-to-access places and is compatible with standard 1/4" bit holders and power screwdrivers. Supplied in a blister pack and weighing approximately 24 g, the bit is intended for repeated use under moderate to heavy loads where controlled torque and durability are required.
The S2 alloy steel construction offers increased resistance to deformation and wear compared with standard tool steels, ensuring longer service life during continuous shop or on-site work. The 150 mm length gives additional reach for fasteners located deep within assemblies or behind panels, while the PZ1 Pozidriv profile ensures reliable contact with Pozidriv screw heads to reduce cam-out. Compatibility with 1/4" chucks and holders makes the bit suitable for both manual and powered drivers.
Insert the 6.35 mm (1/4") shank of the GRAPHITE 56H570 bit into a compatible bit holder, quick-change chuck or directly into the driver. Ensure the bit is seated securely before applying torque. Select a suitable speed and torque setting on the power screwdriver or use steady manual force when using a hand holder. Position the PZ1 tip into the Pozidriv screw recess and apply axial pressure while turning to avoid slipping or cam-out. After use, store the bit in its blister pack or a dedicated bit organizer to protect the tip.
Use the bit with drivers that allow torque control to prevent over-tightening and reduce wear. Avoid side loads that can bend the 150 mm shaft; when greater lateral forces are expected, use a shorter bit or reduce applied side pressure. Periodically inspect the tip for rounding and replace the bit when the profile no longer engages reliably with Pozidriv heads.
