Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H572 — 1/4" drive, Pozidriv PZ2, 150 mm
GRAPHITE 56H572 screwdriver bit is a 150 mm, 1/4" drive Pozidriv PZ2 bit designed for use with standard 1/4" chucks and bit holders. Made from S2 alloy steel, the bit provides resistance to deformation and is suitable for both manual and powered drivers used in assembly, maintenance and repair tasks. Supplied in a blister pack, it is intended for fastening and removing Pozidriv screws commonly found in carpentry and furniture construction where joints are subject to substantial loads.
The S2 alloy steel construction improves durability and resists wear during prolonged use. At 150 mm length the bit offers extended reach for recessed or hard-to-access fasteners while maintaining compatibility with standard 1/4" chucks. The Pozidriv PZ2 profile ensures accurate contact with Pozidriv screws to reduce cam-out and rounding, and the lightweight design supports use in both hand-held and powered screwdrivers without significantly affecting tool balance.
Insert the 1/4" shank of the GRAPHITE 56H572 bit into the chuck or bit holder and secure it according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Align the PZ2 tip with the Pozidriv screw head, apply steady axial pressure, and operate the driver at an appropriate speed and torque setting for the fastener and material. For manual use, ensure the bit is fully seated in the screwdriver holder to maintain correct engagement. For power tools, start at low speed to establish correct alignment before increasing speed.
To prolong service life and maintain accuracy, avoid side loading the bit and select torque settings that match screw size and material hardness. Replace the bit if tip wear or deformation becomes visible to prevent damage to screw heads.
