Metalworking chisel GRAPHITE 57H575, weight 1.98 kg, 1 pc
GRAPHITE 57H575 is a heavy-duty metalworking chisel designed for cutting, shaping and removing masonry and metal materials. The tool is a single plain chisel with a hex shank, 115 mm thick and 400 mm long, supplied as one piece per pack and weighing 1.98 kg. It is intended for power cutting and breaking of concrete, hollow blocks, bricks and stone and is suitable for construction, demolition and renovation tasks where high material removal performance and durable tool life are required.
The hex shank provides secure seating in compatible holders and striking tools, reducing slippage during use. The chisel's shape and dimensions are optimized for efficient removal of large volumes of material while maintaining durability and long service life. Supplied as a single robust unit and packaged in a polybag on a hanger with a sticker, it is convenient to store and identify on the job site.
Fit the chisel with its hex shank into a compatible hammer or holder according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Position the cutting edge on the intended material and apply controlled blows with the striking tool to cut, split or remove material. Adjust strike force and angle to suit the material type and thickness; use heavier strikes for thick concrete or reinforced sections and lighter strikes for thin or fragile masonry to avoid excessive damage. Inspect the chisel before use for any visible defects and ensure personal protective equipment is worn.
Use the GRAPHITE 57H575 chisel with hammers or demolition tools designed for hex-shank accessories. Wear suitable eye, ear and hand protection and keep bystanders at a safe distance. Replace the chisel if the cutting edge becomes excessively worn or damaged to maintain safe and effective operation.
