Hole saw GRAPHITE 57H902 — 1 pc, lightweight 28 g pack
GRAPHITE 57H902 hole saw supplied as a single piece per pack. This compact, lightweight cutting accessory is designed for drilling clean circular holes in a variety of materials compatible with hole saws. The bimetal construction with progressive high-speed steel teeth provides a balance of durability and cutting performance for installation, carpentry and general repair tasks when used with a compatible drill and arbor adaptor.
The bimetal design combines a flexible body with high-speed steel cutting edges that resist wear and maintain sharpness. Progressive tooth geometry improves chip evacuation and reduces vibration for smoother cutting. The lightweight, compact pack enables easy transport and storage while the single-piece supply simplifies inventory and selection for specific hole sizes.
Select a suitable arbor adaptor for your drill and securely mount the hole saw according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions. Mark the centre of the hole on the workpiece and use a pilot bit or guide to stabilise the cutter during start-up. Begin drilling at low to moderate speed with firm, steady pressure; increase speed as the cutter engages the material. Periodically withdraw the cutter to clear chips and allow cooling, especially when cutting metals. After cutting, remove burrs and check the hole for the required fit.
Use cutting fluid or coolant when drilling metals to reduce heat and extend tool life. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Ensure secure clamping of the workpiece and use the recommended drill speed for the material to achieve optimal results.
