Hole saw GRAPHITE 57H930 — 1 pc, weight 216 g
GRAPHITE 57H930 hole saw supplied as a single unit with a net weight of 216 g. This bimetal hole cutter features progressive teeth made of high speed steel to provide efficient cutting and accurate round openings. The tool is designed for use with standard arbors and drilling equipment and is suitable for creating holes in a range of materials including steel, stainless steel, wood, plastics and composite materials.
The bimetal construction combines flexibility and strength to reduce breakage and extend service life. Progressive HSS teeth ensure faster penetration, smoother cutting action and reduced burr formation on the edges of the cut. Compact, lightweight design makes it easy to handle and store, while compatibility with common drill arbors allows quick replacement during installation tasks.
Fit the hole saw to a compatible arbor and secure it in a drill chuck according to the arbor manufacturer’s instructions. Mark the center of the hole on the workpiece and, if necessary, drill a pilot hole to guide the saw. Start drilling at low speed to establish the cut, then increase speed and apply steady, even pressure. Withdraw periodically to clear chips and prevent overheating. After cutting, remove the plug and deburr the hole edges if required.
Use appropriate cutting fluid or coolant when cutting metals to extend blade life and improve finish. Wear eye protection and gloves, clamp the workpiece securely, and avoid excessive lateral force on the saw to prevent damage. Match drill speed and feed to the material being cut and allow the tool to cool between prolonged cuts.
