Floor polisher/sander Graphite 59G322
The Graphite 59G322 floor polisher/sander is a compact oscillating sander designed for precise surface preparation and finishing on floors and other flat surfaces. Powered by a 240 W motor, it operates with a no-load speed up to 13,000 min⁻¹ and an oscillation amplitude of 0.8 mm. The tool is supplied with three interchangeable bases (square, rectangular and triangular), nine sheets of sanding paper and a dust container with filter. With a shallow working foot of 110 x 100 mm and a lightweight construction, the unit facilitates controlled sanding, polishing and the removal of paint or light rust.
The Graphite 59G322 combines a compact footprint and low weight with a high-speed oscillating mechanism for efficient material removal and fine finishing. Ergonomic non-slip handle design improves control during prolonged use, while the dust extraction system and included filter help maintain a cleaner work environment. Quick-change sanding paper capability and a rubber-coated 3 m power cable add to user convenience and mobility.
Attach the appropriate base for the task and secure the sanding paper according to the quick-change system. Connect the tool to a power outlet and hold it by the non-slip handle with a firm but relaxed grip. Move the sander evenly across the surface with overlapping strokes, keeping the foot flat and avoiding excessive pressure to prevent gouging. Use the triangular base for corners and edges, and switch to coarser or finer abrasive sheets depending on the stage of work. Empty and clean the dust container and filter regularly to maintain extraction efficiency.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, a dust mask and hearing protection. Test the sander on a small, inconspicuous area to confirm the chosen abrasive grade and speed match the material. For best results on wooden floors, progress from coarser to finer grit and finish with a polishing pad or fine abrasive. Keep the ventilation area clear and avoid using the tool in damp conditions.
