Floor polisher/sander GRAPHITE 59G326 – depth 290 mm, weight 2.04 kg
The GRAPHITE 59G326 floor polisher/sander is a compact single-unit tool for smoothing and polishing floor surfaces and for light renovation work. It combines a 260 W motor with an orbital sanding action, a sanding foot measuring 90 x 187 mm and a working depth of 290 mm. The tool is supplied with two sanding papers and a dust container, and is intended for use on wood, laminate and similar materials where surface preparation, finishing or removal of paint and rust is required. Total packed weight is approximately 2.04 kg and the machine is fitted with a 3 m rubber-coated power cable for flexible handling.
The unit delivers orbital speeds from 7,000 to 13,000 min-¹, enabling efficient material removal and a fine finish depending on the grit used. A non-slip ergonomic handle and a dust extraction system improve operator control and reduce airborne dust during work. The design allows fast sanding-paper changes and includes a locking function for continuous operation, which reduces hand fatigue during longer jobs. The compact dimensions and moderate weight make the tool suitable for confined areas and easy transport between job sites.
Before operation, fit the appropriate sanding paper securely to the 90 x 187 mm foot and check that the dust container is correctly attached. Connect the tool to a suitable mains supply and hold it by the non-slip handle. Start the sander and allow it to reach operating speed; select a lower speed for fine finishing and a higher speed for faster material removal. Move the sander with steady, even strokes across the surface, avoiding excessive pressure to prevent gouging. Use the locking function for continuous operation when performing longer passes, and stop periodically to inspect the surface and change sanding paper as required.
For best results on wooden or laminate floors, begin with a coarser grit to remove old coatings or level the surface, then progress through finer grits for a smooth finish. Ensure adequate dust extraction and wear suitable personal protective equipment, including a dust mask and eye protection. Allow surfaces to cool and remove residual dust before applying finishes or paint.
