GRAPHITE's 1200 W stationary tile saw is designed for precise cutting of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles up to 58 mm thick and material lengths up to 1260 mm. The saw combines a copper-wound induction motor with a robust benchtop frame, a heat-resistant aluminium alloy cutting-head guide and an anti-slip work surface to maintain stable, accurate cuts. How to use

Place the stationary tile saw on a stable, level surface and lock the foldable legs if required. Fit an appropriate diamond blade for the material to be cut, check that the blade guard is in place and connect the saw to a properly grounded supply. Adjust the cutting head to the desired bevel angle (0°–45°) and set the workpiece on the anti-slip surface. Feed the tile steadily into the rotating blade, applying even pressure and allowing the motor to cut without forcing. Use water if recommended for the chosen blade/material to reduce dust and blade wear, and switch off the saw and wait for the blade to stop completely before removing cut pieces or performing adjustments.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear protection and gloves), verify electrical grounding and PRCD operation before each use, and select a blade suitable for the tile or stone type. For prolonged cutting sessions, allow the motor to cool periodically and secure the workpiece to prevent movement.
