GRAPHITE GA18 staple nails for staplers, 30 mm leg length, pack of 400 are designed for use with compatible heavy-duty and upholstery staplers. These staples are intended to fasten materials such as fabric, felt, cardboard and thin wood, providing a reliable mechanical hold for DIY, upholstery and light construction tasks. The product is supplied in a compact package that keeps staples aligned and ready for loading into staplers that accept GA18/18-gauge staple strips.
These GRAPHITE staples offer consistent leg length and shape to ensure even penetration and a uniform clinch, reducing misfires and jams when used with staplers rated for 30 mm GA18 staples. The galvanized finish improves corrosion resistance for indoor applications, while the 18-gauge thickness balances holding power and visibility to the work surface. The 400-piece quantity reduces the need for frequent reloading during extended tasks.
Load the staple strip into the magazine of a compatible heavy-duty or upholstery stapler following the stapler manufacturer's instructions. Position the stapler nose against the work surface ensuring correct orientation and apply firm, even pressure or trigger action to drive the staple through the material. Check that the staple legs have properly clinched on the reverse side; if not, adjust stapler settings or use a different anvil/clinch plate if available. Always keep fingers clear of the stapler nose and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses.
For best results, match the 30 mm leg length to the combined thickness of the materials being fastened so the legs fully penetrate and clinch without over-penetration. Test on a scrap piece to confirm staple setting and adjust stapler power or use a different gauge if necessary. Store the pack in a dry place to preserve the galvanized finish and prevent surface corrosion.
