Digital Earth Resistance Tester Habotest HT5910

The Habotest HT5910 is a digital earth resistance tester for measuring ground/earthing resistance in electrical installations. It performs loop, RCD and AUTORAMP measurements and displays results on an easy-to-read LCD. The meter stores up to 100 measurement groups and is designed for portable field use with simple controls including a rotary selection knob and a Measure button.

How to use

Select the desired measurement mode with the rotary knob, connect the instrument according to the test type (loop, RCD or AUTORAMP) and press the Measure button to start. Read results on the LCD display and, if required, store the measurement in one of the 100 available groups. For RCD testing choose the appropriate IΔN current level and observe tripping time and tripping current readings. Use the USB interface to transfer stored data to a computer when needed.

Usage recommendations

Ensure the tester is powered by six fresh AA batteries and verify correct connections before each measurement. Follow applicable safety standards for live testing and observe the instrument's safety rating (EN61010-1 / CAT III 600 V).
