How to use

Turn on the Habotest HT662 and select the appropriate brake fluid type if required. Remove the protective cap and immerse the probe into a small sample of brake fluid so that the sensing area is fully submerged. Wait for the LCD reading to stabilise; the device will show the percentage of water content and trigger the appropriate backlight color and audible alarm if thresholds are exceeded. After measurement, wipe the probe clean, replace the cap and switch the tester off. The unit will also shut off automatically after five minutes of non-use to conserve battery power.

Usage recommendations
