How to use

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food without touching bone or container surfaces for an accurate internal temperature. Power on the unit, select the desired temperature unit (°C or °F) if needed, and wait for the reading to stabilise—usually within two seconds. After use, wipe the stainless steel probe clean and dry thoroughly before storage. Replace the CR2032 battery when the display dims or readings become inconsistent.

Usage recommendations

For best results, insert the probe to the centre of the item being measured and avoid contact with bones, pans or racks. Allow the thermometer to adapt to ambient temperature before use when moving between extreme temperatures. Store the device in a dry place and replace the battery if automatic shutdown or display issues occur.
