The Hama Profi Line Circular polarising camera filter 52 mm with Multi Resistant Coating (MRC) is a precision rotary polariser designed to reduce reflections and increase colour saturation and contrast. Made from high-quality lens glass with multi-layer vapour-deposited coatings and a nano lotus coating, the filter removes non-metallic reflections from water, glass and plastic, improves depth and tonal separation, and simultaneously protects the front of the lens. The ultra-flat, lightweight rotary mount with black anodised metal and blackened inner edges minimises stray reflections and vignetting while maintaining stable shape across temperature changes.

How to use

Screw the 52 mm filter into the front thread of a compatible lens and rotate the outer ring to adjust the polarising effect. For strongest removal of reflections and best sky darkening, position the camera at an angle of approximately 30–40° to the reflecting surface and rotate the filter until the desired contrast and saturation are achieved. Clean the coated surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth and appropriate lens cleaning fluid; use the nano coating properties to remove droplets and dirt more easily.

Usage recommendations
