How to use

Place a paper V60 cone filter inside the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the brewer. Add the appropriate amount of medium-fine ground coffee for a single cup. Position the dripper over a cup or server, pour a small amount of hot water to bloom the grounds for about 30–45 seconds, then continue pouring in slow concentric circles to reach the desired water volume. Allow the coffee to drain fully before removing the dripper and serving.

Usage recommendations

Use freshly roasted, evenly ground coffee and water heated to 90–96°C for best results. Adjust grind size and pour rate to refine extraction: coarser grind shortens brew time and reduces strength, finer grind increases extraction. After use, separate the olive wood handle from prolonged direct moisture exposure when possible and dry thoroughly to maintain appearance and longevity.
