How to use

Place a paper filter inside the ceramic dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any papery taste and preheat the dripper and server. Add your ground coffee (adjust grind and dose for desired strength) and start a slow, controlled pour of hot water in concentric circles to evenly saturate the grounds. Usage recommendations

Use freshly roasted and properly ground beans and a water temperature around 90–96°C (195–205°F).
