Click torque wrench HAZET 5110-3CT
The HAZET 5110-3CT is a mechanical click torque wrench with a 3/8" (10 mm) square drive and a 320 mm total length. Designed for workshop use, it enables accurate torque application for tyre service, bicycles, passenger cars and commercial vehicles as well as a variety of trade and industrial tasks. The tool meets DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 standards and is delivered with a calibration certificate and serial number.
The reversible ratchet mechanism is user-friendly and includes an integrated shift lever; models 5121-3 CT to 5145-3 CT offer a free-running function to reduce the risk of injury and malfunction. The wrench provides accuracy of ±3% of the scale value in the direction of actuation (5107-3 CT ±4% release accuracy tolerance). A safe torque release gives a palpable close-gap release and an audible click. Durable construction features an optimised sealing ring to protect against debris, a ratchet repair set for customer self-assembly, a handle with slip protection for improved grip, and laser marking on the scale bush for permanent readability. The rotary assembly has detent points for easier torque adjustment and a latching function to lock the setting values; its triangular shape prevents uncontrolled rolling and includes openings for attaching a cable loop. Lock symbols indicate locking status. The tool is made in Germany and supplied in a sturdy Hexa plastic box.
Select the required torque using the rotary assembly: turn the handle until the detent points align with the desired scale value, then lock the setting using the latching function. Fit the required 3/8" socket onto the 10 mm square output and apply torque in the intended direction. When the preset torque is reached, the wrench releases with a palpable close-gap feel and an audible click; stop applying force immediately at that point to ensure correct tightening. Follow calibration intervals and check the calibration certificate where required for regulated or safety-critical work.
Do not use the torque wrench as a breaker bar or for loosening fasteners under high reverse loads. Store the wrench at its lowest scale setting when not in use and protect it from excessive contamination and shock; perform repairs with the supplied ratchet repair set or authorised service to ensure long service life.
