HellermannTyton cable ties T30REC4B are two-piece edge-mount assemblies designed for fixing and bundling cables, pipes and hoses without the need for drilled holes or adhesive. Made of durable black polyamide, each tie measures 148 mm in length and 3.6 mm in width and is supplied in a pack of 500. The two-piece system includes an edge clip with an integrated metal clamp and a serrated tie body; the clip fits edges with thicknesses from 1.0 to 3.0 mm and delivers high pull-off forces thanks to the metal clamp.

Advantages

The two-piece design allows fast, tool-free installation by pushing the clip onto the panel edge; no fixing hole or adhesive is required. Variants support cable routing either parallel to the edge or at 90 degrees to it. The integrated metal clamp provides strong retention and the available outside-serrated (OS) tie profile helps protect cables from chafing and wear.
