HellermannTyton T30LRFT6 Black Polyamide Cable Tie 260x3.3 mm 500-pack

The HellermannTyton T30LRFT6 Black Polyamide Cable Tie 260x3.3 mm 500-pack is a reliable solution designed for professional wire management, cable organization, and secure bundling across multiple applications. Manufactured from durable black polyamide, these two-piece cable ties feature an integrated fir-tree base and a protective disc designed to cover pre-punched holes and minimize the ingress of water and dirt. Supplied in a convenient pack of 500 pieces, this product provides consistent performance and secure fixing for various electrical and mechanical installations.

Advantages

These cable ties offer a versatile and simple method for bundling and fixing cables securely in demanding environments. The two-piece design allows the head of the tie to be easily oriented to the required position during assembly, enhancing efficiency and adaptability. The fir-tree base pushes effortlessly into pre-punched panel holes or threaded and blind holes to create a firm hold. Additionally, the integrated top disc effectively seals the mounting hole against water and dirt intrusion, protecting the underlying surface and installation.

Suitable for

• Automotive wire and cable harness fixing
• Switch-gear assembly and electrical panel organization
• Appliance manufacturing such as washing machines
• General industrial mechanical applications and cable management

This product may not be suitable for applications requiring extreme heavy-duty tensile strengths beyond the standard specifications or for environments exposed to sustained chemical agents that degrade standard polyamide materials. It is also unsuitable for installation surfaces lacking appropriate pre-punched or threaded holes compatible with the fir-tree base design.

Key specifications

• Material: Polyamide
• Product color: Black
• Length: 260 mm
• Width: 3.3 mm
• Maximum bundle diameter: 6.5 cm
• Quantity per pack: 500 pieces

To use these cable ties, gather the cables into a neat bundle and place the tie around them, inserting the tail through the head to achieve the desired tension. Align the fir-tree base with a pre-punched or threaded hole on the mounting surface. Push the fir-tree base firmly into the hole until the disc rests flush against the panel, ensuring the hole is covered and the cable harness is held securely in position.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the mounting panel features compatible pre-punched or threaded holes for the fir-tree base
• Check that the maximum bundle diameter of 6.5 cm accommodates your specific wiring layout
• Confirm the required quantity meets the scale of your installation project
• Evaluate environmental conditions to ensure standard black polyamide meets operational requirements

Usage recommendations: Store the cable ties in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain material integrity prior to installation. Ensure proper alignment of the fir-tree base during insertion to prevent damage to the mounting hole and secure an optimal seal with the integrated disc.
