Shipping label + delivery note HERMA 8316
HERMA Shipping label + delivery note A4 182 x 130 mm (model 8316) is a white, matt, fully opaque label sheet designed for combined printing of shipping labels and detachable delivery notes. Each A4 sheet contains one label and a microperforated delivery note; packs contain 25 sheets (25 labels). The material is suitable for laser and inkjet printers, colour laser printers, copiers and colour copiers and is engineered for flat, trouble-free feeding and clear print results.
The product offers time-saving single-run printing of shipping labels and delivery notes, invoices or advance shipping notices. Its fully opaque paper masks existing markings, and the composite material ensures reliable print runs. Microperforations allow the delivery note to be torn off cleanly. The sheets feature an all-round protective edge and optimum flatness for trouble-free processing. Materials are chlorine-free bleached with a solvent-free adhesive and PEFC certification; labels and sheets are 100% recyclable and the packaging is recycled cardboard.
Load the A4 sheets into the printer tray following the printer manufacturer’s instructions for printable label sheets. Design and place the shipping label and the delivery note content in the provided template areas, then print in a single run. After printing, detach the delivery note along the microperforation if required and apply the label to the parcel surface, ensuring the adhesive bonds to a clean, dry surface.
For reliable print and feed performance, store sheets flat in their original packaging, keep them dry and use manufacturer-supported printer templates or software. Avoid applying labels to dusty or oily surfaces; dispose of used sheets with paper waste according to local recycling rules.
