The HERMA 8401 is a white self-adhesive die-cut printer label sized 20.3 cm × 29.7 cm, supplied as 500 sheets with one label per sheet. Designed for compatibility with laser and inkjet printers, copiers and colour devices, it offers fast adhesion and flat-lay application while using chlorine-free bleached face paper and a solvent-free adhesive. The product is FSC Mix certified and comes with climate-protective packaging and processing instructions.
HERMA 8401 provides universal compatibility with common printers thanks to cooperation with leading printer manufacturers. The adhesive ensures secure bonding on a wide range of surfaces and the label design offers optimum flat-lay and protective edges to reduce residual adhesive on printer drums and rollers. The materials are environmentally considerate, using chlorine-free bleaching and a solvent-free adhesive, and the pack includes economical, climate-protective packaging and handling instructions.
Load sheets into the printer tray according to the device manufacturer’s paper loading instructions, ensuring the printable side faces the correct direction for your model. Use standard print settings for labels or select a label/media type if available; adjust paper size to 20.3 × 29.7 cm. After printing, allow ink or toner to dry before peeling and applying the label. Follow the included processing instructions for best results and to avoid adhesive transfer to printer components.
Store the labels in a cool, dry place and use them within the recommended time to preserve adhesive performance. For sensitive printer models, check compatibility notes from the printer manufacturer and remove any residual adhesive from drums or rollers promptly to prevent build-up.
