How to use

Fill the 160 g hopper with whole coffee beans and set the desired grind level using the 48-step adjustment for your brew method (0–16 for espresso, 16–32 for pour-over, 32–48 for French Press). Use the touchscreen to set the grinding time between 1 and 40 seconds to control dose. Place a portafilter or container under the chute; the static elimination and 20° inclined chute help direct grounds into the receiving vessel. After grinding, use the Blowing Hopper function to clear residual grounds from the grinding chamber.

Usage recommendations

For consistent results, select a grind range appropriate to your brewing method and make small adjustments (one or two steps) until the extraction meets your taste.
