How to use

Fill the transparent 1.8 L water tank and insert freshly ground coffee into the 58 mm portafilter (use the single or double filter as required). Tamp the coffee evenly with the included stainless-steel tamper. Select the desired temperature (90–95°C for hot espresso or 25°C for cold-brew mode), set the beverage volume (single 35–150 ml or double 70–300 ml in 5 ml steps), and start extraction. Monitor the built-in pressure gauge to fine-tune grind size, tamping and extraction time. Use the steam wand with adjustable steam intensity and 270° rotation to froth milk to the preferred texture.

Usage recommendations

For consistent results, use fresh beans, adjust grind size to achieve a steady extraction pressure near the optimal range, and rinse the portafilter and group parts after each use. Descale and clean according to the manual to maintain thermal stability and machine longevity.
