HiSmart DR-60-12 is a compact 12V switching power supply rated for 4.5A (54W) and designed for DIN-rail installation (TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15). It provides a regulated DC output for devices such as CCTV cameras, LED lighting, routers and other small electronics. The unit features free-air convection cooling and a small form factor for space-efficient mounting.
The switching design accepts a wide AC input range (90–264V, 47–63Hz) and delivers a stable 12V DC output with an adjustable tolerance of -9% to +10%. Built-in protections include short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection. The supply offers low leakage current (<1mA at 240VAC), 82% typical efficiency and low ripple/noise (100mV p-p). Its compact dimensions (78×93×56 mm) and 0.3 kg weight simplify installation on DIN rails.
Mount the HiSmart DR-60-12 on a compatible DIN rail (TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15). Connect an AC input within 90–264V to the input terminals, and connect the 12V DC output to the device load observing correct polarity. If necessary, adjust the output within the -9%/+10% range using the built-in adjustment. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit for convection cooling and avoid covering ventilation openings.
Install the power supply in a dry, well-ventilated enclosure and protect it from moisture and direct heat sources. Verify that total connected load does not exceed 4.5A (54W) and allow for margin to prevent overload. For long cable runs use adequately sized wiring to minimise voltage drop.
