How to use

Place an appropriate band around the legs above the knees, around the thighs or above the ankles depending on the exercise and desired resistance. Perform targeted movements such as lateral steps, squats, glute bridges or hip abductions while maintaining tension in the band. To increase difficulty, use the smaller band or combine the band with additional load (for example a barbell). Use the bands for activation sets before heavier lifting or as part of a full lower-body routine.
