Massage Ball HMS BLW01 cork single — natural cork, single massage ball
HMS BLW01 cork single — natural cork, single massage ball is a compact self-massage tool made from natural cork. Designed for targeted myofascial release and trigger point therapy, this massage ball helps relieve localized muscle tension, promote blood circulation and support rehabilitation of feet, calves, shoulders and back. Its lightweight, firm surface and small diameter make it suitable for precise pressure application during home workouts, gym sessions or physiotherapy exercises.
The natural cork construction provides a firm but slightly yielding surface that adapts to body contours while maintaining stable pressure on trigger points. The ball’s compact size and low weight make it easy to position and carry, and cork resists moisture and odors better than many synthetic materials. Its texture offers sufficient grip for controlled rolling and static pressure techniques, while the neutral material is suitable for frequent use on skin and clothing.
Place the cork massage ball between your body and a stable surface or use it directly with your hands. To release tight spots, apply controlled pressure by leaning into the ball and hold for 20–90 seconds or perform slow rolling motions across the muscle. For feet, roll the sole back and forth with body weight as tolerated; for calves and shoulders, use body positioning to increase or decrease pressure. Adjust pressure by shifting more or less weight onto the ball and stop if sharp pain occurs. Use as part of a warm-up, post-exercise recovery or daily mobility routine.
Begin with short sessions of 1–3 minutes per area and increase duration gradually. Clean the cork surface with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed, and allow it to dry completely. Avoid using on open wounds or swollen tissue. Consult a physiotherapist if you have chronic conditions, acute injuries or severe pain before starting a self-massage program.
