Place the balance board on a flat, stable floor surface and stand with both feet positioned approximately shoulder-width apart. Start with short sessions, maintaining a neutral spine and engaged core while focusing on small controlled movements to restore balance. Progress by performing single-leg stands, gentle squats or dynamic shifts of weight as coordination and confidence improve. For rehabilitation use follow any guidance provided by a physiotherapist or trainer.
Use barefoot or with flat-soled shoes to maximise contact and proprioceptive feedback. Begin with 1–3 minute intervals and gradually increase duration and exercise complexity. Store the board away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve the EVA and PP materials.
