Audio cable Hosa CPP-105 6.35 mm male-to-male, 1.5 m, black
Hosa CPP-105 is a 1.5 m male-to-male audio cable with 6.35 mm (1/4") TS connectors and nickel-plated contacts. Designed to connect instruments, amplifiers, mixers and studio equipment, this black-jacketed cable provides a straightforward unbalanced analog link for stage, rehearsal and home studio use. The cable uses an oxygen-free copper conductor and an OFC spiral shield to maintain signal clarity while offering flexibility and resistance to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference.
The nickel-plated plugs deliver durable contact surfaces and reliable signal transfer, while the oxygen-free copper conductor helps reduce signal loss and preserves audio detail. An OFC spiral shield improves rejection of EMI and RFI without compromising cable flexibility. The 1.5 m length is suitable for short patching on pedalboards, studio racks or between nearby devices, and the black jacket provides a discreet, professional appearance.
Insert each 6.35 mm TS connector firmly into the corresponding instrument, amplifier, pedal or mixer phone jack until the plug seats fully. Avoid twisting or sharply bending the cable at the connector ends to prevent mechanical stress. For optimal audio performance, route the cable away from power transformers, fluorescent lighting and wireless devices that may introduce interference. When disconnecting, pull the plug by the metal housing rather than tugging the cable jacket.
Use this 1.5 m Hosa CPP-105 cable for short runs and patching where unbalanced phone-jack connections are standard. For longer runs or balanced connections, choose an appropriately rated cable type. Regularly inspect connectors for wear and keep contacts clean to maintain reliable audio performance.
