The Hoya DFK52 52 mm 3 pcs Black camera filter set contains three screw-in filters and a storage pouch. The set includes a UV filter to protect the lens from ultraviolet rays, a circular polarizer (CPL) to reduce reflections and increase contrast, and a neutral density (ND) filter to reduce exposure without changing colour balance. All filters have a 52 mm thread diameter and come in a black finish suitable for general photography.
The kit combines lens protection and creative control in a single set: the UV filter provides basic physical protection for the front element, the circular polarizer helps control glare and deepen sky tones, and the neutral density filter enables longer exposures or wider apertures in bright conditions. The included pouch keeps filters organised and protected when not in use.
Screw the appropriate filter onto the front of a lens with a 52 mm thread until it seats gently; avoid overtightening. Use the UV filter permanently for front-element protection. Rotate the circular polarizer while observing the viewfinder or live view to achieve the desired reduction in reflections and increase in contrast. Mount the ND filter when you need to reduce incoming light for longer exposures or to use wider apertures in bright conditions. Store filters in the supplied pouch when not in use.
Clean filter glass with a microfiber cloth and blower before use. Attach or remove filters on a stable surface to avoid dropping them, and match the 52 mm thread size to your lens to ensure compatibility.
