Active GPS Antenna HQ PS-M-GPS-ACTIVE 28 dB, MCX male connector, 3 m cable
Active GPS Antenna HQ PS-M-GPS-ACTIVE 28 dB, MCX male connector, 3 m cable
Active GPS Antenna HQ PS-M-GPS-ACTIVE with 28 dB gain, MCX male connector and a 3 m RG174 cable. Designed to improve GPS signal reception for navigation devices, trackers and vehicle systems, it supports the GPS L1 frequency (1575.42 MHz) and is intended for locations with weak signals or for installations requiring a compact external antenna. The product is offered in Used Grade A condition.
The antenna provides a high 28 dB amplification to enhance satellite signal reception and reduce position errors in weak-signal environments. The 3 m RG174 cable and straight MCX male connector allow easy connection to compatible receivers and straightforward cable routing. Its compact form factor enables near-window indoor placement or external mounting where space is limited.
Connect the MCX male connector to the MCX input of your GPS receiver, tracker or navigation device. Place the antenna where it has the clearest view of the sky possible — near a window for indoor setups or mounted externally with a suitable bracket. Route the 3 m cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of electromagnetic interference. Powering is typically provided by the connected receiver if required; verify compatibility with your device.
Install the antenna with the connector facing the device to minimize strain on the cable. For best performance, keep the antenna clear of metal obstructions and away from strong radio-frequency sources. Check device specifications to ensure the MCX connector and active antenna biasing are supported.
