Iceberg FUZEIce Plus is a high-conductivity thermal paste supplied in a 7 g tube and designed to improve heat transfer between processors, graphics chips and their cooling solutions. With a reported thermal conductivity of 13 W/m·K and a density of 2.6 g/cm³, this thermal compound fills microscopic gaps between a CPU/GPU and a heatsink to reduce contact thermal resistance and help stabilise operating temperatures for continuous performance.
FUZEIce Plus combines elevated thermal conductivity with a formulation intended for long-term stability at elevated temperatures. The product is supplied with a precision applicator and an angled spreader for accurate placement and easier, cleaner application. Rated for operational temperatures up to 200°C, the compound is formulated to resist drying and maintain thermal contact over extended use.
Clean both mating surfaces (CPU/GPU heatspreader and heatsink base) with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove old compound and contaminants. Apply a small amount of thermal paste in the centre of the processor surface and use the included angled spreader or allow pressure from the heatsink to distribute the compound evenly. Reinstall the cooler according to the manufacturer’s mounting procedure, ensuring even mounting pressure and proper seating to achieve a thin, continuous thermal interface layer.
Use sparingly: a thin, even layer provides optimal heat transfer. Avoid over-application which can increase thermal resistance or interfere with cooler mounting. Replace the compound when changing coolers or if thermal performance degrades over time. Store the tube capped and in a cool, dry place to preserve consistency.
