Vacuum Cleaner Imou RV1
The Imou RV1 is a black, round robot vacuum cleaner designed for automated floor care in homes and small offices. It combines vacuuming and mopping functions with a compact footprint (35 cm diameter, 98 mm height) and a 0.3 L dust container alongside a 0.25 L water tank. The RV1 delivers up to 4500 Pa suction power driven through a V-shaped roller brush, supports LiDAR-based mapping, and is powered by a 3200 mAh battery that provides up to 110 minutes of runtime per charge. Noise during operation is specified at approximately 65 dB, and a full recharge requires about 4 hours. The product is intended for hands-free daily cleaning with app-based controls and configurable cleaning maps.
The RV1 integrates vacuuming and mopping in a single compact unit, reducing the need for separate appliances. LiDAR mapping provides fast and accurate room scanning to build detailed maps and support up to three storable layouts. IMOU SENSE® AI improves route planning and coverage for more consistent cleaning. Automatic carpet boost increases suction power when the robot detects carpeted surfaces, and smart re-charging enables the robot to return to the dock, recharge, and resume cleaning from the stopping point. App control allows scheduled cleaning, virtual no-go zones, and remote operation.
Place the charging dock on a flat surface with free space around it, fully charge the Imou RV1 before first use (about 4 hours). Fill the dust bin and water tank according to the intended cleaning mode; attach the mop cloth when mopping is required. Use the mobile app to start a mapping run so the robot can scan the environment and store maps. Configure cleaning schedules, no-go zones, and carpet boost settings in the app. For routine cleaning, start the robot from the app or dock; it will navigate using LiDAR, automatically increase suction on carpets, return to the dock to recharge, and resume cleaning when necessary.
For best performance, remove small objects, cables and loose rugs before operation, empty the dust bin regularly, and refill or clean the water tank and mop cloth after mopping sessions. Run an initial mapping cycle on each floor to create and save maps, and place the charging dock in an area with clear access to allow reliable docking and resume behavior.
