Incobex WRS-K 10160 Cylinder Insert for Repeatable Key Lock
The Incobex WRS-K 10160 cylinder insert is a precision-engineered component designed specifically for repeatable key locking systems. This high-quality insert provides a reliable solution for maintaining secure access control in various industrial and electrical enclosure environments. Built with durability in mind, it ensures smooth operation and a precise fit, serving as an essential component for maintaining the integrity of your locking mechanisms.
This cylinder insert offers exceptional reliability and consistent performance for repeatable key systems. Its robust construction ensures long-term durability even in demanding industrial conditions, while the precise engineering guarantees a seamless installation process. By choosing this component, you ensure that your enclosure security remains effective and that your locking system operates with the intended mechanical precision.
This cylinder insert is designed specifically for compatible repeatable key locking systems and may not fit locks with different mechanical specifications or non-standard dimensions. It is not intended for use in high-security applications requiring specialized anti-drill or anti-pick features beyond standard industrial requirements.
To install the Incobex WRS-K 10160, ensure the locking mechanism is in the open position. Remove the existing cylinder insert by unscrewing the retaining screw located on the side or back of the lock housing. Insert the new cylinder into the housing, ensuring it is correctly aligned with the cam mechanism. Once seated, replace and tighten the retaining screw to secure the cylinder in place. Test the operation with the key before closing the enclosure door.
Regularly inspect the cylinder insert for signs of debris or mechanical wear. Keep the internal mechanism lubricated with a dry graphite lubricant if the key operation becomes stiff, and avoid using oil-based lubricants that may attract dust and dirt.
