Network interface adapter InLine 51127F
The InLine 51127F is a PCIe x1 Gigabit network interface adapter based on the Realtek RTL8111F chipset. It provides a wired RJ45 connection with speeds up to 1 Gbps and includes a low-profile bracket for installation in standard and compact desktop systems, workstations, or servers. The card supports common network features and power-saving modes, and is compatible with current Windows and Linux releases.
The adapter delivers reliable 10/100/1000 Mb/s Ethernet connectivity with auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X for broad compatibility. It supports jumbo frames up to 9K, VLAN tagging (IEEE 802.1Q), and IEEE 802.3x flow control for efficient data transfer in demanding environments. Energy-saving modes and Wake-on-LAN capability enable remote power-up and reduced power consumption during idle periods. Two status LEDs on the RJ45 port indicate link and activity for quick local diagnostics.
Install the card into an available PCIe x1 slot (or larger PCIe slot) on the motherboard. Fit the included low-profile bracket if installing in a compact case. Connect a suitable Cat.5e or higher Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port. Install drivers from the provided CD or obtain current drivers from the chipset or manufacturer website. Configure network settings in the operating system and enable Wake-on-LAN in BIOS/UEFI and OS if remote power-up is required.
For stable Gigabit performance, use Cat.5e or Cat.6 cables and ensure switch or router ports support 1 Gb/s. Enable appropriate drivers and firmware updates for best compatibility; activate Wake-on-LAN and power-saving features only if supported by the system BIOS/UEFI and network configuration.
