InLine Cable Ties with hook-and-loop fastener band 25mm black 25m felt

The InLine Cable Ties with hook-and-loop fastener band 25mm black 25m felt is a versatile and efficient solution designed for professional and domestic cable organization. Manufactured from durable black felt material, this 25-meter long and 25-millimeter wide fastening band allows users to manage, bundle, and secure complex wiring networks in homes, offices, and server rooms. Featuring a hook-and-loop mechanism, it offers a reliable hold while remaining easy to open, adjust, and close repeatedly without damaging the bundled cables.

Advantages

This cable management solution provides exceptional flexibility through its customizable length, allowing users to cut exact portions from the 25-meter roll to fit specific bundling requirements. The robust felt material ensures a gentle grip on cables, preventing insulation wear while maintaining a firm hold. Designed to endure frequent adjustments, the fastener supports up to 10,000 opening cycles while retaining at least 80 percent of its original holding strength. Additionally, it operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -20 °C to +110 °C, making it suitable for diverse environmental conditions.

Suitable for

• Organizing computer and peripheral cables in office workstations
• Bundling audio and video cords in home entertainment systems
• Managing networking cables in server racks and technical setups
• Temporary or permanent wire bundling in automotive and DIY projects

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable for heavy-duty structural load-bearing applications or securing extremely heavy industrial cables that require rigid metal brackets. Furthermore, it is not designed for continuous underwater use or installation on highly textured, dusty, or greasy unprimed surfaces where adhesion or physical wrapping integrity could be compromised.

Key specifications

How to use

To use the InLine cable tie, unroll the desired length of the felt hook-and-loop band and cut it cleanly using standard scissors. Wrap the cut piece securely around the bundle of cables, overlapping the hook and loop surfaces to create a firm closure. Press the overlapping sections together firmly to ensure maximum contact and holding strength. To add or remove cables, simply peel the fastener apart, adjust the wire arrangement, and press it back together.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 25 mm width and 25 m length meet your specific cable management scale
• Assess the operating environment to ensure temperatures remain within the -20 °C to +110 °C range
• Determine whether a reusable hook-and-loop fastener meets your bundling needs better than single-use plastic zip ties

Usage recommendations

For optimal organization, cut the band into various lengths tailored to small and large cable bundles, and store the remaining roll in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the felt material quality.
